A place to create your vision

Florestral is where the forest meets the astral. A place where dreams have space to take root and grow.

Set in a lush valley in Costa Rica’s Southern Pacific mountains, this land is more than a place to live.

It’s an invitation into a conscious, co-creative way of life, held by a thriving community and guided by a sacred relationship with nature.

  • Nature-rooted

Deep in the heart of the rainforest, Florestral is surrounded by the presence of Mother Earth.

  • International village

We are individuals, families, and elders from many cultures, drawn together by shared values.

  • Built with intention

Every home, trail, and project has been shaped by the hands of those who live on this land.

  • Guided by spirit

Music, ceremony, and sacred connection are woven into everyday life.

Built on truth, simplicity, and love.

Joining Florestral includes a place within the community structure and the ability to build your home on a private lot that you choose.

The path to becoming a member:

  1. Reach out and share your interest

  2. Spend time on the land, as a visitor or volunteer

  3. Get to know the community and rhythm of life

  4. If alignment is felt on both sides, apply to join as a resident

  5. Choose a homesite and begin the design & build process

The land and community structure
